We are open 7 days a week, from 7AM-9PM Mon-Thurs and 7AM-10PM Fri-Sun. Please call to make sure we are open on holidays.
Payment methods to purchase a card includes cash, credit, or debit card. Our payment processing system also accepts Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Samsung Pay.
No, your clothes are always washed seperately.
Yes we do! If you bring us your lights and darks in separate bags, we'll return them to you the same way. If you'd like us to sort your clothes, we kindly ask for a $5 fee.
Wash and Fold Questions
Our minimum is 20 pounds.
Our normal wash and fold is next day, while our express wash and dry only is same day.
We use only premium brand products for our fluff and fold. Tide is available for an additional $3.00 (must be noted on the order). We also offer a Free & Clear option as well.
Pickup and Delivery Questions
Yes. If you have pets—especially dogs—please leave a note in your account or text us before your scheduled pickup. We require your pets to be secured and indoors at the time of pick up or delivery. This helps our drivers stay safe and ensures a smooth pickup. You can also include instructions like “Dog barks” or “Please don’t ring the doorbell.” Thanks for helping us provide safe and reliable service!
You must give us permission in your account to leave your clothes if you are not going to be home for the delivery. Tell us where to leave them. We don't want to be responsible if your clothes go missing so we need written permission to leave them.
If you don't specify, we typically fold all clothes. Please let us know if you want something specific hung up and we can discuss the details.
We offer both standard 48 hour or next day turn around times.
If laundry isn't left out, a missed pickup fee may apply to cover driver costs.
Please makes sure all of your clothes are securely packaged in a bag. We do not pickup exposed or loose clothing.
Most customers leave their clothes on their front porch. If you would like to leave them in a different spot, please verify with us where you want us to pick up or deliver your order.
When your clothes are delivered, we can provide a photo or signature confirmation.
